My first blog! I feel so "in" now.

Hey everybody! (Hello, is anybody there?)

Well anyhow, I bowl on Monday nights with my wife and 2 very good friends (see http://pointyhead.bowlspace.com) on a Christian fellowship league. The last time I bowled in a league was when I was eleven years old (31 years ago) in the Mickey Mouse League (Villa Lanes, Decatur, IN) and had a 138 average. I haven't improved much since then. My first week average was around 150-155. Since then my average has been steadily declining untill last night. After bowling a 108 with an aching back the first game, I switched from a 14 lb. ball to a 12 lb. What a difference! My next two games were 184 & 188. the lighter ball was easier on my back which gave me better control. I'm asking Santa for a bowling ball for Christmas. I've always had to use a house ball. I want to learn to throw a hook.

Last thing: My favorite professional bowler is Chris Barnes. He is quite the technician.

     Later!

That's cool. I wonder where it came from. BTW, that's a cool pic of you on your page. Notice Dean in the back trying to ignore you.
